  • Sit with your legs crossed or in a chair.
  • Rest with your awareness on your breathing.
  • Practice in short sessions—5-10 minutes.
  • Meditation helps you become aware of your mind and how it works—know when you are distracted, so that you bring awareness back to your breathing.
